8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beta Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in question.

9. Termination

• Client Termination: You may terminate your agreement with Beta Technology at any time by providing written notice as specified in your contract.
• Company Termination: Beta Technology reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these Terms or fail to make required payments.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, access to any services or data may be immediately revoked, and Beta Technology is not responsible for any data loss as a result of termination.
